Preparation and Usage

Pencil end: Twist open the cap and slightly twist up the brow pencil. Then, use the pencil to draw and outline the brow, and nicely fill in the color

Cushion end: Twist open the cap and press 2-3 times on the pump to get the cushion, and then nicely blend it on the brows for soft and natural look.
