Preparation and Usage

Remove the sanitary napkin from the package and unfold it,

then remove the strip to reveal the adhesive on the back.

Press the adhesive side down, onto the crotch of your underwear.

And then fold the wings against the underneath of underwear.

To stay hygienic, change your pad every 3-4 hours.
