Preparation and Usage
1. Boil 200g minced pork/chicken with 2-3 tbsp of water until cooked. (For Namtok: Use roasted pork then slice into thin pieces)
2. Mix cooked meat with Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Laab-Namtok.
3. Add shallot, spring onion and saw parsley. Garnish with mint leaves and serve with fresh vegetables and sticky rice.
