General Information
Prepare chicken drumsticks or thighs. Sprinkle the contents of 1 packet seasoning mix, blend well and marinate for 15 minutes. Put 300 g. rice in a rice cooker. Add the chicken and blend with rice. Pour in appropriate amount of water. Switch on. Let it cook and serve hot with Dipping Sauce and Cucumber Salad.

(Dextrose 41.8%, Salt 30.6%, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein 14.6%, Spices (Curry Powder, Cardamon Powder, Clove Powder, Saffron and Bay Leaves) 11.5%, Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxode) and Turmeric Powder)

Preparation and Usage

Making Chicken-in-Rice

1. Prepare 1/2 kg chicken drumsticks or thighs. Sprinkle the contents of 1 packet seasoning mix, blend well and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Put 300g rice in a rice cooker. Add the chicken and blend with rice. Pour in appropriate amount of water. Switch on.

3. Let it cook and serve hot with Dipping Sauce and Cucumber Salad.

Dipping Sauce and Cucumber Salad

Preparation

Prepare Mixture as follows: Vinegar 4tbsp., Water 4tbsp., Sugar 6tbsp., and Salt 1/2 teaspoon. Boil and Stir well.

Making Dipping Sauce

Grind 3 green bird's eye chillies, 3 garlic cloves, 10 mint leaves and 1 coriander shrub very finely. Add 3-4 tbsp. Mixture and blend well.

Making Cucumber Salad

Cut 2 cucumbers, 2 red chillies and slice 5 shallots. Add the remaining Mixture and blend well.

(For 8 servings, use 2 packets and double all other ingredients.)
