Ingredients/Materials
(100% Jasmine Rice 80%, 100% Red Brown Jasmine Rice (Mun Poo) 20%)
Preparation and Usage
Steam Rice: Rinse the rice 1 time. Add water to rice at 1.5 to 1 ratio respectively. After rice is cooked, allow to rest for 10-15 min before serving.
Boiled Rice: For every cup of rice, add 10 cup of water. Bring to boiled and simmer for 1 hour. Stir regularly.
Recommendation:
For softer cooked rice add more water.
For firmer cooked rice reduce water.
Storage
Keep in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and chemicals. After opening keep in a dry airtight container.
