General Information 
Japanese-style gyoza wrappers , white colour and circular shape. It measures about 8.7-8.8 cm in diameter. Not easily broken when refrigerated or frozen. No preservatives and artificial colors.

Preparation and Usage 
How to Cook - Mix grind meat with minced ginger, rice wine, chopped garlic, sugar, sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, pepper. - Add sliced cabbage, sliced chive to the mixture. - Place meat mixture into the center of gyoza wrapper and fold them. - Put gyoza on lightly-oiled non stick fry pan, turn on medium heat, add water to ½ height of gyoza, close the lid until the water dries up. - Then put a little oil to fry them until It is nicely brown on the bottom. Serve gyoza with dipping sauce.
