12 white edible gelatine sheets to gel with 1 liter of liquid. Soak required gelatine sheets separately for approximately 5-7 minutes in cold water. Remove and gently squeeze out excess water.
Warm dishes: Add squeezed out gelatine, stirring until completely dissolved.
Cold dishes (e.g. cream): Slightly heat squeezed out gelatine stirring until completely dissolved. Do not boil. Slowly add cold mixture to gelatine. (MUST follow directions in this order.) Cool mixture for at least 4 hours before serving.
