Preparation and Usage

'- Mix 1 Sachet of GOGI 500gm with 700cc of cold water. (Portion of mixing can be determined as need)

- Pour cold water into GOGI flour, mix well together.

- Dip vegetable or meat into batter and fry in hot fat or oil until crispy golden brown.

One package (500g) is enough for 500-2000g of meat or vegetable.
