(Disodium Diphosphate (INS 450(i)) 33.9%, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate (INS 500(ii)) 30.8%, Calcium Dihydrogen Phosphate (INS 341(i)) 5.2%, Corn Starch)
Preparation and Usage
1. Sift the bakers' choice double action baking powder with flour.
2. Mix the rest ingredient together.
3. Mix 1 and 2 together.
