General Information
Our spring roll pastry sheets can remain crispy for a long time, and it is not too oily after frying. It will have a nice golden brown colour after frying. Our spring roll pastry sheet can be used to create many different menus with different fillings.

Ingredients/Materials
Wheat Flour 47%, Palm Oil 5%, Non-Iodize Salt 2%

Preparation and Usage

1. Take the product out of the freezer, defrost it in room temperature for about 3-5 minutes.

2. Remove the spring roll pastry sheet by sheet. Take the required amount of sheets, put fillings according to your preference, and roll it up.

3. Prepare the frying oil in a pan/pot in medium heat, and start deep frying the spring rolls when the oil is heated up.

4. Fry for about 2 minutes or until the spring rolls are in crispy golden brown in colour, and the spring rolls are ready to be served!

Do not reheat or refreeze once defrost. Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
