Steam Rice: Rinse the rice 1 time. For every cup of rice, add 2 cups of water. After rice is cooked, allow to rest for 10-15 min before serving.
Boiled Rice: For every cup of rice, add 10 cup of water. Bring to boiled and simmer for 1 hour. Stir regularly.
Recommendation:
For softer cooked rice add more water.
For firmer cooked rice reduce water.
