1. Prepare Oil Temperature about 175˚C
2. Gently Drop the Potato in to the Oil.
3. Stirring, 3-5 min. Until French Fries turn Golden-Brown.
4. Shaking Potatoes to Drain Off Excess Oil, add Salt a Bit.
- In deep freezer - (-12˚C) for 1 month
- (-18˚C) for 24 months
- Do not re-freezer once thawed
